MEET THE LEADERS.

Pastor Raymond Hanna, Jr. is a native of Freeport, Grand Bahama, Bahamas, raised in a home grounded in faith, worship, and a deep reverence for God. Under the spiritual covering of his parents, Bishop Raymond Hanna, Sr. and Evangelist Mattie Hanna, his life was shaped early by ministry and music. After relocating to Florida as a teenager, Pastor Raymond experienced a transformative encounter with Christ that led him to fully surrender his life to the Lord. He later earned a Bachelor of Science in Music from Florida Memorial University and spent years serving faithfully in the local church, allowing God to cultivate both his calling and his heart for people.
Together with his wife, Prophet Inger Hanna, Pastor Raymond has devoted nearly two decades to shepherding God’s people with compassion, integrity, and purpose. Obedient to the voice of the Lord, they stepped into a new assignment and founded The POUR, The Place of Unrestricted Release, where they now serve as Lead Pastors. Their passion is to see lives healed, disciples matured, and generations shaped through a ministry rooted in God’s presence, sound teaching, and genuine community. Pastor Raymond leads with a shepherd’s heart and a visionary spirit, committed to nurturing spiritual growth, strengthening families, and releasing people into the fullness of God’s design for their lives.
Prophet Inger Hanna is a Visionary, Prophetic Voice and Builder of God’s purposes devoted to shaping generations and building environments where people can encounter Jesus without restriction. Designed by God, redeemed through Christ and led by the Holy Spirit, her life carries a recurring testimony of “nevertheless.” Her ministry began in worship, where the gift of song awakened a greater call. Across three decades, she has served as a worship leader, administrative pastor, worship & arts pastor, youth pastor and young adult pastor with each assignment processing her for the next. Today, she and her husband, Pastor Raymond Hanna, Jr., lead The POUR: The Place of Unrestricted Release, guiding vessels through discovery, development, discipleship and deployment for Kingdom impact.
Before she ever ministered with a microphone, she served with a yielded heart. As a psalmist, intercessor, prophet, and shepherd, Pastor Inger carries a sound that stirs faith and confronts hopelessness. Her prophetic clarity is anchored in the goodness of God one of her declarations is “God is so good that He can take the bad and make it work for good!" She is committed to re-introducing the goodness of God in a world where life’s challenges have distorted people’s view of Him. A Stellar-nominated gospel recording artist, actress, former radio personality, emcee/host, purpose pusher and thought-provoker; Her voice has reached audiences across the United States and the Caribbean. Wherever she goes; Sanctuaries, stages, studios, streets, classrooms, communities she carries an invitation for every gender and generation to “taste and see that the Lord is good.”
More than a preacher, Prophet Inger is a builder of people, atmospheres and systems. She is raising up disciples as vessels of honor FIT for the Master's use and prepared for every good work. Whether equipping leaders, encouraging others or highlighting purpose, she leads with a conviction that every gift, skill and expression God has entrusted will be given back to Him. Her life is an offering that creates pathways for others to encounter God and be formed into who they were destined to be.
